Project context
Two connected production tools for Benchmark Email, with human control over content and publication.
Benchmark Email is an email marketing software company with a WordPress Multisite network spanning nine regions. CodingBeings has worked with Benchmark Email as a core client since 2018.
This was a team engagement. Ejaz Ahmed worked as back-end developer, Adeel Mehmood as front-end developer, and Muhammad Junaid handled SEO work during the first three years of the engagement. This account does not assign individual authorship of either tool.
The idea
Keep selected regional pages under controlled static delivery while making translation drafts easier to prepare and review. Preserve existing public URLs, regional independence and human control over publication.
Delivered scope
Controlled static pages
The static page platform converts selected Beaver Builder pages into controlled HTML, CSS and JavaScript. A deterministic Node.js build produces regional child-theme output, with versioned source and unchanged public URLs. Standard PHP delivery remains the default; AI is optional and is not needed to serve a page.
Regional isolation and human edits
Operations are scoped to a language, site and blog ID. Jobs, revisions and audit records are managed separately from the main WordPress database. Bindings, locks and three-way conflict handling protect human edits and keep one region from controlling another.
AI-assisted translation drafts
A custom WordPress plugin creates regional drafts through provider adapters, using glossaries, reference material, quality checks, structured-output validation and cost tracking. Native-language review is the acceptance gate before anything is published.
Architecture
Controlled static delivery and reviewed translation
Standard PHP page delivery remains the default. Translation drafts require a human publication decision; the diagram does not imply every regional page uses either tool.
For static delivery: selected regional page, deterministic build, regional child-theme output, then the unchanged public URL. For translation: source content, reference material and glossary, validated draft, native-language review, then a separate publication decision.
Technical highlights
Validation before acceptance
A narrow repair step can correct one recognized output defect, such as an unescaped quote in structured output. The repaired result must still pass every existing validator. Ambiguous output or output with multiple defects is rejected rather than guessed at.
AI stays inside the review workflow
Draft creation is separate from publication. AI output cannot bypass native-language review, and static page delivery does not depend on a model response.
Where the project landed
The static page platform and AI-assisted translation plugin run in production on benchmarkemail.com. The regional sites in the site’s language menu are live in production. This does not mean every page is static, every page was machine-translated or every language uses the translation plugin.
The client relationship is 2018 to present. The build period of these two tools is not stated. Independently verified SEO, traffic and revenue outcomes are not available.
Takeaways
Regional isolation, deterministic delivery and protected human edits let the static and translation workflows coexist. AI helps prepare drafts within validation and review boundaries; it does not replace the publication decision.
